There are many walls that need to be built and insulated on the ground floor. Some will be made using metal stud profiles and boarding, and others will be made using EcoCity Rec bricks. The costs involved with this stage of the rebuild will be materials and labour. We will do what we can, but some of it will require more experienced, skilled workers.
Our architects have designed some of the internal walls to be built using special thermo bricks, to minimise noise and heat loss. They won’t be rendered, resulting in a very unique “industrial” look, that will be harmonised and softened by the polished concrete floor and the wooden ceiling and joists.
